Ref: Election of Office Bearers of the Maharashtra State Chapter of Indian Radiological & Imaging Association for the year 2025
Dear Esteemed Members,
According to constitution of the MSBIRIA and IRIA, nominations for various posts of Executive Council of MSBIRIA for year 2025, namely President Elect (one), Vice President (Two), Female Vice President (One), Secretary (One), Central Council Member (Four), Executive Committee (Five), Female Executive Committee (One) [office term from 01st January 2025 to 31st December 2025], are hereby invited BY EMAIL and should reach the MSBIRIA office latest by 10th October 2024 by 05.00 pm.
A SCANNED COPY of the nomination form should be sent by email to msbiriaelection@gmail.com.
Declaration of Election Schedule: 30/09/2024
Last Date of Receipt of Nominations: 10/10/2024 till 05.00 pm
Declaration of List of Nominations Received: 12/10/2024
Scrutiny of Nominations & Declaration of Eligible Candidates: 13/10/2024
Last Date of Withdrawal: 18/10/2024 till 05.00 pm
Final List of Candidates: 24/10/2024
E-Voting Opens on: 11/11/2024 at 09.00 am
Last Date of E-Voting: 20/11/2024 till 05.00 pm
Result Declaration: 24/11/2024; 12.00 pm
This notification is also being sent by EMAIL (msbiriaelection@gmail.com) to members of MSBIRIA and put on DISPLAY at www.ultrafestindia.in/elections24
Nominations received after 05.00 pm on 10th October 2024 will not be considered.
A member cannot PROPOSE more than 1 Candidate and cannot SECOND the proposal of more than 1 candidate. The member cannot propose &/or second more than 1 candidate filing nominations for the same post. A candidate should not propose or second any other candidate for any post.
Criteria for various posts will be the same as mentioned in constitution of MSBIRIA and reproduced below.
No correspondence shall be entertained by the MSBIRIA Office in the matter of nominations.
Last date of withdrawal of eligible nomination is 18th October 2024 before 5 pm which can be done by sending scanned letter of withdrawal signed by candidate from his/her official registered email ID sent to msbiriaelection@gmail.com
