Points To Note:
- To collect the badge onsite, physical presence of the Delegate/Faculty is Mandatory
- Conference Bag is not guaranteed for spot registrations
- Registration Badge is mandatory to attend Scientific Sessions/Meals/Exhibition/Entertainment Programs

Important Notes:
- For smooth registration and check-in process, delegates are requested to adopt Online Registration
- For Offline registration, the registration form along with payment should be sent to Secretariat address
- For Offline registration, payment can be made by Cash / Cheque / DD
- Cheque/Draft should be drawn favouring : “MSBIRIA” payable at Mumbai
- Please DO NOT STAPLE the cheque/draft to the Registration form
- In case of NEFT/UPI payment, the delegate has to send a UTR Transaction number with the date and bank details. Registration will not be processed without receiving these payment details
- Please write your name, city, mobile number & payment details on the reverse of the draft
- Conference registration is not required for children below 5 years
Cancellation Policy:
- Written request for registration cancellation should reach the secretariat latest by 31st January 2024. As per hotel policies, accommodation cancellation will not be acceptable.
- 1st February 2024 and onwards registration cancellation requests will not be entertained
- All refunds will be made after the conference
- 30% amount will be deducted towards handling charges
- Government Taxes will be deducted as per the rules
