Triple Sharing Package Inclusions:

Lunches 26th, 27th & 28th April’ 24 at the conference venue
Banquet Dinner on 27th April 2024 at the conference venue
The third occupant will be offered a floor mattress

Important Notes:

For smooth registration and check-in process, delegates are requested to adopt Online Registration
In the case of NEFT/UPI payment, the delegate has to send a UTR Transaction number with the date and bank details. Accommodation will not be processed without receiving these payment details
In the case of Twin Sharing Bookings, the room-sharing preference will be considered only if both partners agree to and register for the conference for same dates. Otherwise, the twin sharing will be allotted randomly on the best match basis.

Cancellation Policy:

As per hotel policies, accommodation cancellation will be accepted till 31st Jan 2025 by a written email request on msbiria@gmail.com. Keep ultrafest2025@gmail.com id in cc.
